Access data and hosting
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When you access the website, Cloudflare, Inc. processes technically necessary access data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. Processing serves the technical delivery, security and stability of the website.
Cloudflare processes network and log data through its global infrastructure. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, Cloudflare states that transfers are covered, among other safeguards, by its Data Processing Addendum and the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into it.
Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or contact me by email, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to potential collaboration; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies.
Please do not submit health data, personal employee data or confidential individual case information through the contact form.
Form enquiries are checked by a Cloudflare Pages Function and then sent to the stated contact address through Cloudflare Email Service. The information processed comprises your name, optional organisation, email address, topic, message, language, timestamp and source page. The website does not store these details in a database. No automatic confirmation email is sent, and no IP address is included in the contact email.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the contact form against automated submissions. When the contact page is opened, the browser loads content from challenges.cloudflare.com. Turnstile processes technical browser and connection signals to assess whether a request is being made by a person or an automated system. The token generated is validated by Cloudflare on the server for each submission and is not subsequently stored by this website.
This processing protects the form, website and communication systems against misuse and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare provides further information in its privacy information and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Psychosocial Risk Assessment Process Check and WHL Reflection
Both checks run exclusively in your browser. Answers are not stored in a database, local storage or session storage and are not sent to a server. No accounts are created, and no result values are passed to contact forms or URLs. Reloading the page clears all entries.
Cookies, tracking and external services
This website does not use analytics tracking, advertising cookies or social media trackers. The contact page loads only the Cloudflare Turnstile script required for spam protection. The two checks do not set cookies for answers or results.
Downloads
When files are downloaded, the hosting provider may process technically necessary access data.
Retention period
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry, support potential collaboration or meet statutory retention obligations.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
